Enterprise Student Applications (ESA)

ESA focuses on the enterprise application portfolio that enables student and staff-facing services for the campus. This includes Student Information Systems (SIS) as well as Undergraduate Advising, Graduate Studies, and Enrollment Management.

  • Banner is UC Davis' primary application for staff and faculty to access student information. Banner holds student record information in a centralized database while making the information available to legitimate users campus-wide. For more information, go to the Banner service page in the IT Catalog, or for support, contact IT Express at (530) 754-HELP (4357).

  • Student Advising Technology at UC Davis includes tools to support and enhance the educational planning process, for both students and advisors. The tools include the Online Advising Student Information System (OASIS) as well as an Advising Appointment System for coordinating student-advisor interactions. Advisor access to these tools is granted by the appropriate staff within the advising office affiliated with the college for the academic unit. Questions about these tools can be directed to members of the Student Advising Technology team, or answered by the college advising offices.

  • Enrollment Management is the coordinated effort that advances and tracks students from prospect to enrolled student and beyond. It includes many of the technical tools and services involved in managing UC Davis' financial aid, registration, orientation and student life.

  • Myucdavis (my.ucdavis.edu) is a campus site that consolidates several UC Davis Web applications and online services into one centralized location. A single login gives UC Davis students access to information, tools, and resources relevant to their academic pursuits. For more information, visit the IT Catalog myucdavis service detail page, or for support, contact IT Express at (530) 754-HELP (4357).
